On Monday, June 5, 2023 was a great day for surfing in Crete. The constellation of the weather was just right so that waves with a good period were entering the bay of Kissamos. While the first time surfers were able to learn catching their first waves in hip high water, the beginner group could paddle out to the middle of the bay. There they could catch smaller and bigger waves while paddling.

Tuesday, June 6, 2023 we started the day with an unforgettaably glassy session. The whole group paddled out together and personal goals were achieved!

Am Mittwoch Nachmittag war das Wellenreiten einmalig in Kissamos. Unsere Teilnehmer hatten sich darauf gefreut endlich mal in Griechenland das Surfen auszuprobieren. Spontan kamen noch Max und Ivka in die Gruppe. Die beiden ließen sich nicht lange überreden und paddelten auch raus zum Peak. Am Sonntag Nachmittag war es für Meike und Familie endlich soweit das Wellenreiten auszuprobieren. Die Bedingungen waren ideal für die jüngsten Surfer. Wir hatten viel Spaß beim gemeinsamen Anspornen.
