Surfing at the Crack of Dawn
This family was so determined to learn to surf today that they even made us believe in the unbelievable. With the slightest chance and the smallest waves forecasted, we took a risk and woke up at the crack of dawn to try and catch the very very very last waves of the west swell that hit the island the last couple of days.
And what a talented bunch they are! After the first couple of exercises on how to balance on the board and how to catch the wave, Anton was easily popping up on the board and by the end of the lesson even doing turns!
After we wrapped up the lesson & drove away from the surf spot, the sea had completely flattened out. Till next time western swell!
The stoke is real and we hope that the waves will deliver the next couple of days, so we can continue our surf journey together.
