Surf Safety and Strong Waves in Kissamos
The beginner class started with a little warm up at the beach of Kissamos to prepare the body for surfing. Afterwards Andy taught our group of 5 the basics of surf safety and then they started with the first exercises at the beach before they trained in the water.
Everybody caught some waves and surfed with a big smile on the face. Well done guys, you made it!
Our intermediate lesson took place in the afternoon and Poseidon surprised us with some big but beautiful waves. It was a hard job out there but enjoyed every moment in the water!
