Cool Down at a Fresh Water Paradise - Stand up paddling in Greece
Today the guys went first for paddle training. The exercise was to find the correct position on the board, paddle efficiently and all kinds of drills.
After Andy had a special surprise in store: a family friendly SUP tour. It is a green fresh water paradise full of turtles and fishes of all sizes to discover. After a dip in the refreshing chilled river, the guys carried the SUPs over the sand bar into the ocean and tried to catch some waves with them.
