Surfing powerful Waves in Crete
Sunday - Funday. We take a trip to the south of the island in search for the waves. The good thing of being on an island is that there are opportunities all around according to the swell direction.
This trip was also a day of two celebrations: Andreas went back to Palaiochora after 25 years. And Andreas, Marc and Andy surfed together after 10 years when they surfed back in the day in Fuerteventura.
The waves today were just perfect to practice the take off as well as choosing the right direction where to surf the face of the wave. On top of that we were able to produce a couple of good shots from the session.
