Kalo Surfing in Crete
Thanks to our northern summer winds in Crete, we have northern swells and can surf in our home spot Kissamos! Today we say goodby to Martina & Conny. It all worked out pretty smoothly, 3 days available to surf - 3 days of surfing. We are sure that they had a pretty memorable time! For Sven and the L-Team it was the second time, which means practice, practice. Positioning on the board, take-off and pop-up. It seems the early morning hours fitted the whole group.
The afternoon slot belonged entirely to a group of French surfers. All had prior experience and were looking to practice with Andy and improve their skills. The wave picked up in size during the afternoon, so strong powerful whitewater made for nice long rides.
