Echoun Pathi Plaka
Whenever Andy comes back with this verdict after an intermediate course, I know we are doing the right thing here at Kalo Surf in Crete.
"Échoun páthi pláka" means "They freaked out and they can't believe it" in a way. Our intermediates usually have experience in other surf spots in the world and they are
1.) surprised there is good surfing in Greece,
2.) enjoy the feeling of warm water surfing, and most importantly
3.) know to appreciate an empty surf spot!
