Catching your first waves in Greece!
Catching your first wave is one of the most amazing feelings in the world! It's just incredible and you get so stoked and you never want it to stop!
But first things first:
Before we could go surfing, we did a little warm up at the beach of Kissamos. Coach Andy taught the group how to paddle and catch a wave in the white water. Which is easier said then done!
But after some rounds and everybody successfully catching a few waves, it was time to level up. Paddling out to the line up and surfing green waves.
It was the first time for Tomas to paddle all the way out with us and he got super stoked after catching his first wave out there and having an amazing drop and a super long ride along the face of the wave! Like Andy said, he was sooo stoked, he couldn't stop smiling!
Maxim got hooked as well and didn't want to leave the water. Also Pauline and Josephine surfed a few waves and had a lot of fun!
Since it was the first time for Fini, she was not able to join the line up just yet but still she enjoyed catching and gliding on the white waves learning how to find the right position on the surfboard
