Catching waves with Kalo Surf
Glassy waves, a little bit of wind, bright sunshine and an empty beach - welcome to an earlybird in Falassarna, Crete. Our 6 students totally rocked the surfing lesson! After repeating the basics to Jonah, Luca and Giannis, they got taught how to paddle and do the take off. Katarzyna, Tomasz and Jakub joined us for the first time, so Andy taught them from the very beginning how to handle the board and how to surf. After just a few rounds of practice in the glassy water, all of them surfed one wave after another. They surfed on the belly, on the knees or standing straight. It was amazing surfing with you! Great job everybody, what a successful day!
