The local community discovers Kalo Surf

Part of our philosophy at Kalo Surf is to give back to the local community. Today we started with the lifeguards around the area of Kissamos.

Despite the great surfing potential on the island, surfing is rather new and not very well known. To see the joy when somebody glides on their first white water wave, never gets old.

The lifeguards were especially exited to introduce foamboards for rescues in the future in addition to the traditional rescue tubes.
